MIDI notes, controller values, or patch changes can be used. ControllerMate can also create and send MIDI messages through a virtual MIDI source. This allows generic input devices to be used to control applications that listen to ControllerMate's virtual MIDI source.
I'm specifically trying to play GTA: San Andreas. I've downloaded the driver, and the controllermate configuration (and I have a registered version of controllermate), but I can't get it to work. I guess my problem is I don't know how to use that configuration in the game?
Anyways, when the game opens, I'm just looking straight down and spinning in a circle and the controls are all crossed. Can anybody help me?EDIT: Made a little progress. I can now move and look around on foot, nothing in vehicles though.
